Because our products are live plants and natural items, slight differences in size, shape, or color may occur and are considered normal. These natural variations are not considered defects.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, minor natural variations, or care issues after delivery.

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
